These are the rules for using Yaran. By playing, you agree to them. They are short because they need to be understood, not just accepted.
Your account
One account per person, and it is yours alone. Do not share it, sell it, buy one, or sign in to someone else's. Keep your password to yourself — anything done from your account is treated as done by you.
Fair play
Play with your own hand and your own judgement. No automated play, no software that plays for you, no exploiting a bug instead of reporting it, and no colluding with another player against the rest of the table. We look for these patterns, and accounts that show them lose their winnings and may be suspended.
Coins and gems
Coins and gems are virtual items inside the game. They have no cash value, they are not money, and they cannot be exchanged for money or transferred out of Yaran. They are licensed to you for use in the game, not owned by you.
Purchases and refunds
Purchases are made through Google Play and are final. Refunds are handled by Google under its own policy, and we will honour a refund the law or Google Play policy requires. A refunded purchase has its gems removed from the account.
How to behave
In chat and in voice: no insults, no harassment, no threats, no hate speech, no sexual content, no spam and no advertising. Voice is heard live by everyone at the table. Treat the people you play with the way you would at a real table.
Reports and moderation
You can report a player from their profile or from a chat. We may warn an account, suspend it for a period, or close it, depending on what happened and whether it happened before. We tell you when we do, and why.
Leaving
You can stop using Yaran whenever you like, and ask us to delete your account. Coins and gems remaining on a closed account are not refunded, whether you closed it or we did.
The service itself
Yaran is provided as it is. We work to keep it running, but we cannot promise it will never be unavailable. We may add games, change them, or stop offering part of the service — and we will give notice in the app when a change takes something away.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top says when we last did. If you keep playing after a change, that is your agreement to the new version.
